Digital Dog Tag Code Activation Terms
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the activation codes (the "Codes") for the LegacyApp Digital Dog Tag, sold to users through the Polenar Tactical store (the "Partner").
1.2. The organizer of the promotion and the provider of the LegacyApp service is LegacyApp P.S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, NIP: 9512587792 (the "Organizer").
1.3. Codes enable the activation of access to LegacyApp Premium on the terms set out in these Terms.
1.4. Codes are sold through the Polenar Tactical store. Payment for a Code is made to the Partner, not to the Organizer.
1.5. Activating a Code means acceptance of these Terms, the LegacyApp Terms and Conditions, and the LegacyApp Privacy Policy.
2. Scope and use of the Codes
2.1. A Code entitles the user to activate one of the following access variants to the LegacyApp application:
a) access to the Premium version for 12 months, or
b) lifetime access to the Premium version,
according to the variant assigned to the Code and purchased from Polenar Tactical.
"Lifetime access" means access to the Premium version for the operational lifetime of the LegacyApp Premium service, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
2.2. Each Code may be used a maximum of two times, only for two different user accounts assigned to two different email addresses.
2.3. The first activation may be made by the buyer, and the second activation may be used by a close person they choose or by another user.
2.4. Each activation of a Code creates separate Premium access for the given user account. Users using the same Code have independent accounts and independent access to their data.
2.5. A Code is activated by entering the email address and the Code in the form available at: https://legacy.app/polenar.
2.6. Activation and use of the service require using the same email address for activating the Code and for signing in to the LegacyApp app.
2.7. The access period to the Premium version is counted individually for each user from the moment the Code is activated on their account.
2.8. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions offered by the Organizer, unless the Organizer, acting reasonably and taking into account the user's legitimate interests, decides otherwise.
3. Validity of the Codes
3.1. Codes remain valid for the period indicated by the Partner, no shorter than 12 months from the date they are made available to the user.
3.2. The Organizer may temporarily suspend or invalidate a Code only where there are reasonable and objectively justified grounds to believe that the Code has been obtained or used in violation of these Terms or applicable law. Before permanent invalidation, the user shall be given an opportunity to provide explanations, unless prohibited by law or necessary to prevent fraud.
3.3. Once a Code has been used twice, it is considered fully redeemed and cannot be used again.
3.4. If an unused Code expires, the Organizer may, acting reasonably and together with the Partner, extend its validity or issue a new Code.
3.5. The Organizer may end the promotional program at any time. Termination of the promotional program shall not affect the validity of Codes already purchased by users during their validity period, nor access activated before the program ends, which remains valid until the end of the assigned subscription period.
4. Payment, complaints and refunds
4.1. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including rights related to withdrawal from distance contracts for digital content and digital services.
4.2. Codes are sold by Polenar Tactical. Payment, invoices, and any refund or withdrawal regarding the purchase of a Code are handled by Polenar Tactical under their own terms.
4.3. Complaints about the operation of the LegacyApp service or about Code activation can be submitted to: polenar@legacy.app.
4.4. Complaints are handled within 14 business days of receipt.
4.5. Complaints about the operation of the Polenar Tactical store or about the purchase of Codes are handled by the Partner under their own terms.
5. Personal data
5.1. The controller of the personal data of users using LegacyApp services after activating a Code is LegacyApp P.S.A.
5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("GDPR").
5.3. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is set out in the privacy policy available on the Organizer's website.
6. Final provisions
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms for important reasons, in particular technological, organizational, legal, or security-related changes connected with the promotion. Changes do not affect rights acquired by users before the changes take effect. Users shall be informed about material changes to these Terms at least 14 days before they take effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or security reasons.
6.2. The current version of the Terms is available on the Organizer's website.

6.4. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law.
6.5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the LegacyApp Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail solely with respect to the promotional Code activation and use.
6.6. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6.7. The choice of Polish law shall not deprive consumers of the protection granted to them by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
6.8. In case of discrepancies between language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
