How active Beneficiary outreach works in the GOLD plan
When the automatic message to the Beneficiary is not picked up within 7 days, a LegacyApp consultant steps in. In the GOLD Plan, you provide us through a dedicated panel with every channel we can use to reach them - physical addresses, messengers, social media.
You also designate Backup Beneficiaries - people the Operator contacts if the primary Beneficiary cannot be reached. The LegacyApp employee has no access to the contents of any notes: only contact details and the instruction to act. Learn more →
