How to reset my password

LegacyApp no longer uses passwords to log in. Instead, we use a secure Magic Link system – which means you don’t need to remember or reset any password. You just need to enter the same email address you previously used in LegacyApp.

How to access your LegacyApp account: a short step-by-step guide

1. Install the LegacyApp mobile app on your device from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and enter your email address – the same one you used when setting up LegacyApp.
3. LegacyApp will send you an email containing a unique Magic Link. Click on the link to log in automatically.
4. You are now logged in to your LegacyApp account.

If you’re unsure which email you used when setting up LegacyApp, the simplest way to check is to search your mailboxes for any messages sent by: @app.legacyapp.rip. The email address that received those messages is linked to your LegacyApp account.
