Can I remove someone from my list of Trusted Friends?

Yes, you can remove anyone from your Trusted Friends list at any time by clicking on the remove/bin icon next to their name (in app's Trusted Friends menu). This process is simple and does not require the consent of the person being removed. Please note that any Trusted Friend you remove will not be notified by us that they have been removed as your Trusted Friend.

Please remember that, in order for the Trusted Friends function to work as intended, you must have invited at least one person who has confirmed the invitation by clicking on a confirmation email we sent them. If you remove your only confirmed Trusted Friend and do not have another confirmed person on your list, the Trusted Friends function will be deactivated until at least one person accepts the role.

In order to check if a person has accepted your invitation, and confirmed this by clicking on the email we sent them, the person's name should appear in green in the app's Trusted Friends menu. Additionally, the email address field should be outlined in green to show that your invitation has been accepted.

Please remember to regularly review your list of Trusted Friends to ensure it consists of people you both trust and who you are in regular contact with.
